Willoughby City Council meets on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 8:00 pm. Committee meetings and legislative caucus can begin as early as 7:00 pm. Check the current agenda for times or call City Council’s office at 440.953.4121. Minutes of past meetings can be found at the bottom of this page.

Attend a City Council Meeting
 Have you ever wondered what takes place at a City Council Meeting? You can find out by attending a Council Meeting, which is held on the first and third Tuesday of every month. All Council meetings and committee meetings are open to the public.
Do you have a question or comment? Every Regular Council Meeting has a public portion where citizens are given the opportunity to ask questions or comment on legislation appearing on the agenda or regarding any other subject. If you have any questions regarding Council meetings, contact Loretta Radebaugh, Clerk of Council at 953-4121.
