NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING, FACT SHEET AND REQUEST
FOR PUBLIC COMMENT
WE-WPCC CAPACITY ENHANCEMENT PROJECT
The City of Willoughby, operating through its WE WPCC Committee of the Council of the City,
and operating under a Joint Agreement for the operation, maintenance and improvements to the
Willoughby-Eastlake Joint Wastewater Treatment System, will hold a Public Meeting on
Tuesday, July 9,2019, at Willoughby City Hall, 1 Public Square, Willoughby, Ohio 44094, at
approximately 6:30 PM, preceding the Regular Council Meeting to held at 8PM.
The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss and seek public comment on the proposed WEWPCC
Capacity Enhancement Project to be constructed in the City of Eastlake on property
owned by the City of Willoughby located at 221 Erie Road, the site of the existing Willoughby-
Eastlake Water Pollution Control Center (WE-WPCC).
