November 3, 2026 Election Information
The City of Willoughby has (2) proposed tax levy renewals on the November 3, 2026 ballot.
The first levy is a renewal of our Road & Bridge Levy. This 2-mill, five-year levy was initially passed in 2006 and generates about $1,267,480 per year, with the funds going to support general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and repair of streets, roads, and bridges in the City .
The second levy is a renewal of our General Operating Levy, originally passed in 1976. This 0.9-mill, five-year levy generates about $157,186 per year, with the funds going to support current operating expenses.
