The Sign Review Board was established to review the design of signs pursuant to the standards and requirements of Chapter 1163 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Willoughby.
Sign Permit Procedures and Application
The board consists of five members appointed by the Mayor, with three members having experience in design-related fields. The Sign Review Board meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 pm in the lower level of City Hall.
