About the Program
The Tax Incentive Grant Program is a job creation municipal tax credit grant program. Eligible businesses may be offered incentives to establish or expand operations in the City with plans to create jobs, retain jobs, which increase the annual payroll. The City may offer an eligible company an annual grant payment based on a percentage of new annual employee payroll taxes collected by the City of Willoughby.
