AUCTION LEGAL NOTICE
The City of Willoughby pursuant to Resolution No. 2026-21 intends to sell certain unneeded, obsolete, or unfit property by internet auction beginning on Monday, October 5, 2026 at 7 am EST through October 15, 2026 at 5 pm EST).
The Auction will be held by GovDeals.com on their website: https://govdeals.com.
All items to be sold can be visually inspected BY APPOINTMENT at the Willoughby Service Garage, 37450 North Industrial Parkway, Willoughby, OH 44094. Call 440.953.4302 to make an appointment.
The items to be sold at the Auction include, but are not limited to: motor vehicles and power equipment. All sales are final. The City of Willoughby, its officers, employees, and agents offer these items for sale “as is” without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. The City of Willoughby, its officers, employees, and agents, specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You must be a registered buyer with GovDeals to purchase.
Title to all vehicles will be available at 9 a.m. on Thursday, October 16th. Vehicles must be removed from the Auction site no later ten days after payment (to govdeals) has been processed.
The City reserves the right to reject any bids and to withdraw any item from the Auction.
