Maximum of two (2) cremains permitted per niche. Each niche will accommodate two (2) standard plastic crematory containers approximately 7.5” (w) x 5.25”(d) x 8.75” (h). A minimum of first initial and last name must be inscribed on the exterior of the urn.
All inscriptions on niche place limited to family last name, first name and middle initial and year of birth/death.
The City of Willoughby will be responsible for all inscriptions.

12 characters per line.
Family last name.
First name and middle initial.
Year of birth and death.
Cost is $165 for a single inscription.
Cost is $215 for a double inscription.
Cost is $100 for death year to be added.
Columbarium Decoration
Only fresh flowers are permitted to be placed at the base of the Columbarium.
Funeral Flowers and Decorations
Decorations and flowers at the time of burial are left at the base of the Columbarium for three (3) days, then they are removed
