2025 Camp Dates: June 2 – August 8 from 9 am – 3 pm | Open to ages 6-12

  • Before Care available starting 7am / After Care available until 5:30pm (extra fees apply)

Registration set to open:

  • March 17, 2025 for Willoughby Residents
  • March 24, 2025 for Non Residents

Camp Fees (pricing per week)

– 2025 Pricing

  • Willoughby Residents: $133 per week | $112 per week (Early Bird Pricing Through May 2nd)
  • Non Willoughby Residents: $168 per week | $148 per week (Early Bird Pricing Through May 2nd)

Before/After Care and Transportation:

  • Before Care: 7am-8:55am | Pricing $12 per week
  • After Care: 3:00 – 5:30pm | Pricing $20 per week
  • Before and After Care | Pricing $30 per week
  • Transportation is available for Willoughby Residents from designated locations | Pricing $15 per week
We are now holding Summer Day Camp at 2 park locations.

Camps will be set up by age/grade (Grades listed are for the 2024-25 school year)

  • Daniels Park 38401 Johnnycake Ridge Rd., Willoughby, OH
    • East: geared toward campers ages 6-7 (intended for children entering grades 1-2)
    • West: geared toward campers ages 8-9 (intended for children entering grades 3-4)
    • Rotary: geared toward campers ages 10-12 (intended for children entering grades 5+)
  • Osborne Park 38575 Lakeshore Blvd. Willoughby, OH
    • Pool Pavilion: geared toward campers ages 6-12
      • campers will be split into age groups for daily activities.

What additional information should I know?
  • Before Care: 7 am – 8:55 am and will be held at the camp location your child is attending.
  • After Care: 3:00 pm-5:30 pm and will be held at the camp location your child is attending.
  • Camp Hours: 9 am – 3 pm. Campers drop-off is between 8:55-9:10 am. Campers cannot be dropped off before 8:55 AM.
  • Dismissal will begin at 3 PM, individuals picking up MUST be listed on the camp transportation form. Individuals not registered for after-care MUST be picked up NO LATER than 3:05 pm to avoid additional charges.
  • Campers must bring a packed lunch.
  • Backpacks are allowed and will be the responsibility of the camper.
  • All campers will have the opportunity to swim at the city’s outdoor pool.
  • Cell phones are NOT permitted to be used at camp. Campers should keep them in a bag.
  • Electronics/tablets/etc are NOT permitted at camp.

How To Register:

  • Online Registration: This is a quick and easy way for you to sign up for camp. HOWEVER, this method will require you to pay in full for all camp weeks at the time of registration.
  • Looking to register for camp and enroll in our payment plan?
    • Campers who are registering for 3 or more weeks are eligible to go on a payment plan. Dates for when payments are due are outlined on the camp forms.
      • We STRONGLY encourage that you utilize the online registration for the first week of camp your child is attending. This will require you to complete payment for this week and meet our requirement of paying for the first week of camp to complete your registration. You can then email, drop off or stop into our office with a completed camp form.

      • Payment for the 1st week of camp your child is registering for is due to complete the registration.
        *Payment can be completed over the phone by calling 440.953.4200
        *Payment plans are available when signing up for 3 or more weeks of camp.
  • Online Registration is available through willoughbyohio.activityreg.com ; online registration will require camp payments to be made in full.
  • Online registration requires a 1-page form to be completed and returned to dsarosy@willoughbyohio.com

Mini Munchkin (ages 4+) 2025

Intended for children ages 4 to 6 | Campers must be 4 yrs old by June 10, 2025.

June 10 – July 31 2025 | 9:00 – 11:30am (Tuesday & Thursday)


Registration begins March 17th for Willoughby residents and March 24th for non-residents
WILLOUGHBY RESIDENT Camp Fee ……….. $205 ($175 early bird – register by May 2)
NON WILLOUGHBY RESIDENT Fee ………….. $245 ($205 early bird – register by May 2)

To receive the resident rate, you must supply us with your proof of residency (Ex. copy of a utility bill)

Let your little one explore, play, and create at our Mini Munchkin Summer Camp! Designed for kids ages 4 and up, this fun-filled 2-day camp is packed with engaging activities, games, crafts, and outdoor adventures. It’s the perfect way for young campers to socialize, learn, and have a blast in a safe and nurturing environment!

Our 2025 Mini Munchkin camp will be held on Tuesdays indoors in the David E Anderson Sr Center (36939 Ridge Rd, Willoughby, OH 44094) and Thursday’s outdoors at the Euclid Ave. Pavilion.

Weekly themes will be used to guide arts n crafts projects and fun camp activities.
