LEGAL NOTICE | Online Auction Nov 18th
The City of Willoughby pursuant to Revised Code 721.15 will conduct a sale of surplus City property and equipment by online Auction Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 9 a.m. The Auction will be held by Premier Auction Galleries on their website: https://pag4u.com/.
All items to be sold will be on display for inspection from 2 pm-6 pm on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at the Willoughby Service Garage, 37450 North Industrial Parkway, Willoughby, OH 44094.
The items to be sold at the Auction include, but are not limited to: motor vehicles and power equipment. All sales are final and all items are sold “as is.”
Title to all vehicles will be available at 9 a.m. on Monday November 20, 2023. Vehicles must be removed from the Auction site no later than 3 p.m. on December 1, 2023.
