NOPEC Electric Enrollment Letters
Starting in April, eligible Willoughby residents and small business owners will receive enrollment letters for NOPEC’s electrical aggregation program for the term beginning with their June 2026 meter read date.
Serving almost 1,000,000 Ohio residents and small businesses in 250 communities, NOPEC uses bulk buying to negotiate competitive electric and natural gas supply rates.
TO OPT-IN: If you want to enroll in NOPEC’s Standard Program Price, you do not need to take action when you receive your enrollment letter. You will automatically be enrolled in NOPEC’s Standard Program Price option.
NOPEC also offers customers the flexibility to choose from other rate options, including a Monthly Variable Rate program, 12- or 24-month Fixed Term programs, and 100% renewable content options. For more information and to compare rates, visit nopec.org/electric.
TO OPT-OUT: If you don’t want to enroll in the electric aggregation programs, you must return the opt-out form attached to your enrollment letter to NOPEC by mail or by fax to 440-774-442 by May 8, 2026.
QUESTIONS? Residents can contact NOPEC’s Customer Care Center at 1.855.667.3201. The call center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
NOPEC is required by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) to send enrollment letters to all eligible electric customers every three years.
