Osborne Park Construction Update – Entrance and Parking Closure
Construction has begun on Phase One of the Osborne Park Reimagination and Shoreline Protection Project.
Effective February 25, 2026, the Casteel Way entrance and the parking lot off Eaglewood Drive are closed and will remain closed through summer 2027 due to construction.
Visitors should use the main entrance off Lakeshore Boulevard during this time.
This first phase focuses on stabilizing the shoreline along Lake Erie and protecting critical infrastructure while improving safe access to the waterfront.
