Stuff-The-Cruiser and Fill-The-Squad Events Planned

Willoughby Police and Fire Departments are joining forces as each department hosts an event on Saturday, November 18th. Both events are aimed at filling the cruiser and squad with non-perishable food and household items for local individuals and families facing food insecurity.

EVENT DETAILS:  

STUFF THE CRUISER
Representatives from the Willoughby Police Department will be in front of Marc’s (34881 Euclid Ave) from 10am – 2pm collecting non-perishable food items to support the McKinley Center Food Pantry and new toys or books to support their annual Toys for Tots campaign.

FILL THE SQUAD
Members of the Willoughby Fire Department will be in front of Aldi (37100 Euclid Ave) from 9am – 2:30pm. All non-perishable food, household and personal hygiene items, and Thanksgiving fixings collected will also support the McKinley Center.

Established in 2013, The McKinley Community Outreach Center (1200 Lost Nation Road) assists with basic needs to serve struggling families and individuals in western Lake County. The center provides a community of hope to support personal and family stability and to foster positive change.
