International Firefighters’ Day

🚒 Join the Western Reserve Fire Buffs Association, Firehouse Subs Willoughby, and the Willoughby Fire Department as we honor and celebrate the bravery and sacrifice of firefighters past and present.

10:00 AM: Open House at Willoughby Fire Station 1

11:00 AM: Fire apparatus procession from Station 1 to Firehouse Subs

Noon: A 30-second siren salute followed by a minute of silence in memory of firefighters who have given their lives in the line of duty or passed on.
Classic fire apparatus owners and local fire departments are invited to participate in the procession and display their equipment at Firehouse Subs following the ceremony.
