Resident pricing valid with photo ID and utility bill displaying name/address
Gate admission is $15 for ages 2 and older who enters the gate during open swim times regardless if they are swimming or not.

  • Value Card: a value card contains 10 pre-paid admissions into the pool. They can be used all at one time by 10 individuals or in any variation. They do not expire.

Important Reminders:

  • NO CASH will be accepted at the front gate. Credit Card ONLY, or you can purchase a day pass online prior to entry.
  • Adults are to be within arms reach of all toddlers (5&under) and those 36 inches or shorter at the pool.
  • Water slides may be closed at times due to staffing shortages.
  • Pool hours may vary due to special events. Notices will be posted at the pool and on the city’s Facebook page.
  • Any child under the age of twelve (12) years must be accompanied by an individual 16 years of age or older for admittance into the pool area and use of the pool facilities.

Pool Closure Policy

  • The pool will be closed if the outside temperature is 65 degrees or lower.
  • The pool may open later in the day if the weather improves.
  • The pool will also close if attendance is under 15 swimmers for more than one hour.
  • Updates are posted on the Willoughby Parks and Recreation Facebook Page.

Pool Parties (2026 Information)

  • Friday, Saturday or Sunday evenings – May 29 through August 16 from 7:15-9:00 pm
  • Full access to the entire pool area
  • All patrons must exit the facility by 9:15 pm
  • $500 for residents / $575 for non-residents Full payment due at registration
  • All parties are fully staffed and all pool rules and regulations apply
  • You may bring in your own food and beverages. Smoking, e-cigarettes, alcoholic beverages and glass bottles or containers are prohibited.
  • In the case of inclement weather, the pool manager on duty will contact the user at 6 pm the day of the scheduled party. No weather related cancellation decisions will be made before that time. If inclement weather occurs during pool time, the manager will discuss options available with safety in mind.
  • Any transfer by the renter will incur a $25 processing fee. Any cancellation by the renter not received 14 days prior to rental will incur a $100 cancellation fee or a $50 cancellation fee if cancelled prior to 14 days before the party.

Willoughby Stingers – Swim Team

The Willoughby Stingers Swim Team is a competitive summer swim team that competes in the Suburban Swim League (SSL).  While it is a competitive team, at its core, it is a recreational team designed to promote the sport of swimming, sportsmanship, and fun for swimmers of all levels.  Children between the ages of 6 and 18 (as of June 1) are eligible to join.  Children 6-8 years of age must be able to swim at least one length of the pool in one of the four competitive strokes (front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, or butterfly) unassisted, and children 9-18 years of age must be able to swim a minimum of two lengths of the pool in the aforementioned competitive strokes unassisted.  (Unassisted = no flotation devices)
